Head Promoter Mat Ong stated,
“Liverpool is our home town, where we first began our music adventures, and I love this city with all its musical quirks. There are loads of great bands pushing themselves out there, who work hard and deserve some help, so we thought, why not give a little back to them. Hopefully this CD will get their music heard by a few more people, and help build their fledgling fan bases.”
You can hear a sample of the EP above:
The EP is a limited edition run, available exclusively on the night of the show. Tickets are available from link / Venue Box Office. CD will be presented to patrons upon entry to the concert.
3D Radio – Sovereign Mind
Over the past year, 3D Radio have shaken the Liverpool scene with their new refreshing look on a modern band line up. Providing vibrant shows and an EP now released, they are pushing further than ever before across the Northwest. Clear influences from other British such as Bloc Party, Everything Everything, 65 Days of static and some bands from further afield like Kings of Leon make for an epic new sound distancing themselves from the norm.

The Skeleton Keys – The Chase
The Skeleton Keys first started out last summer, we began practising in Elevator Studios for a month and wrote a set of our own songs, once we had practised enough we played our first gig at The Masque.
Over the past 10 months we have built up a large fan base and gigged all around the North West including venues such as The Cavern Club, O2 Academy and Manchester Academy. We have recently gained interest from different management companies and are now being mentored by a very successful manager. After recently winning Liverpool Sound City Live we supported successful 90s band 'CAST' at The Crypt in Liverpool at the Sound City Festival on Saturday 21st May 2011.

The Vigilantes – The Blackhole
The Vigilantes are responsible for the firing ball of grunge energy that is The Vigilantes.
The Vigilantes are about big sounds being influenced by the likes of Nirvana and Led Zeppelin creating intense grunge noise with hair raising riffs. They may be young but watch out!'

After playing a variety of Merseyside venues, the girls are now working on new material for future live and studio work.
Dearest Enemy – Yours For The Taking
Dearest enemy started of as a small band who practised as a hobby in S.P.A.C.E youth centre in Bootle. The band started of with Chloe Robinson doing vocals, Beth Simm on bass, Leo Ormesher on drums and Jordan Speed on guitar. Jordan wasn't practising enough so she was removed and Beth played guitar and Matthew Pickford joined playing bass. Then it was decided a second guitarist was needed and Michael Long then joined the band. Dearest enemy are currently gigging around the Liverpool area.
