Wednesday 26th January sees four of London’s hottest bands converge on 93 Feet East for what is sure to be a great night of live music.

Formed in a dimly lit, disused brewery in Staffordshire, headliners Gin Panic rehearsed inbetween the huge metallic vats and gigged all over the UK. Now based in London they infuse motorik Krautrock drums, distorted punk bass and soaring post-rock dynamics that ranges from the delicate to the destructive.

They are currently recording the follow-up to their 2007 EP “Punching Numbers Into A Machine”, due for release in April 2011, along with an extensive UK/European tour in May. The band have lot's of projects in the pipeline including a feature video with director Christaan Faberj-Jong for new single “Cities” being released at the end of March. link

Shimmering and glimmering they come, Anison are a cascade of synth and guitar-heavy magic that one hand dazzles you with its depth and on the other makes you swoon over its simplicity. Having already enjoyed slots on Radio 1 and the XFM playlist, the Kingston based quartet set themselves apart from the bands they list as influences through true originality. It's musicians making the stuff according to how they feel it should be, rather than how they are used to hearing it. Their music is a rush of melancholy that engrossed through its many layers, ignited by a set of delicate intros that came as a calm before the proverbial storm.

They release brand new track 'The Colour Red' (from the forthcoming album), received it's Radio debut on XFM, as a free download on the 16th January for a limited period only. The free download can be found here: link

Formed in South West London a little under a year ago, Ex Libras produce a beautiful mix of the melodic, ambient siren song and ear shattering emotional explosions. Experimenting with hypnotic live sampling and devastatingly heavy rock blow-outs the band have developed an impressively dynamic live show creating something spontaneous and all encapsulating.

Ex Libras continue into the new year with the release of Single 'Teenage Eyes', taken off their critically acclaimed EP 'Cut(s)'. Working alongside talented emerging director Beau Fowler, the band have created an astonishingly beautiful music video to accompany the track, released 28th February 2011. link

And kicking off the night is Wayter, who have a download single “Twenty” coming out on 21st February. Their album is also due in April. link
