Keiron Phelan And Peace Signs

Keiron Phelan and Peace Signs
Baroque pop songs about Hippy priests, hippie girlfriends, scandi-noir heroines, Japanese satellites, Jingoism, candy floss, cinnamon, Kaiser Wilhelm, Moon landings and Millwall. Kevin Ayers' style insouciance meets Bolanesque willfulness and Bill Fay sincerity. Imagine a confrontational Neil Hannon fronting the Incredible String Band and you're on the right protest march.

"Bristling with outre, all star indie talent, Peace Signs is as witty as it is charming, as wry as it is inventive" Greg Healey (Shindig!) 5*

Joss Cope
A click of Revolver, a breath of Younger Than Yesterday, a whimsy of Syd, the smarts of Hitchcock and a shimmering of sibling Julian's Fried, shot through with a unique brand of romantic and questioning post punk psychedelia. Part of the vibrant Creation Records scene in late '80s London, Joss has recently released the critically acclaimed 'Indefinite Particles' album on Gare du Nord.
